At Benaiah No. 7, each product is handcrafted with care and intention. Due to the nature of personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dalejado@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item(s), and we will make it right.

For any approved issues, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind
• Slight variations in color, design, or scent are natural due to the handmade process and are not considered defects
