📦 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery
All retail orders are subject to a $10cad flat rate shipping fee*.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Most orders arrive within 2–10 business days after dispatch.

📍 Local Pickup (Brampton)
Free local pickup is available in Brampton.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions and the exact location.
Pickup is by appointment to ensure a smooth and convenient experience.
🌎 International Shipping (Including United States)
Currently, we offer shipping within Canada only.
As we continue to grow, we look forward to expanding to other regions.
🌡️ Warm Weather & Natural Products
Our soaps are made with natural ingredients and may be sensitive to heat.
During warmer months, slight softening or changes in texture may occur during transit. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product. If needed, allow your soap to rest in a cool, dry place before use.
📍 Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
📬 Delays & Carrier Issues
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. While delays can occasionally occur, we are happy to assist you in resolving any shipping issues where possible.
📭 Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still need assistance, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help guide you through the process.

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, availability may vary throughout the year. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received while supplies last.
